If you have ordered smaller items (taps, kitchen sinks excluding ceramic sinks, shower controls, accessories, mirrors, mirrored cabinets etc.) these are delivered via parcel couriers. You will usually (but not always) be informed of a 1 or 2 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery by text or email. If you are not in, delivery will be re-attempted the following day, or you can reschedule via the calling card they leave.
For fragile or large item deliveries, the transport company will either call you to arrange delivery, or send texts/emails informing you of a specific delivery slot in advance. You may re-arrange directly if required, or give us a call and we'll sort it.
